Allow your growth to be “Goal” oriented. Set realistic and attainable short, medium and long-term goals. However, these goals should be challenging so that you may experience inner satisfaction as they are attained.
Be sure to set up new goals as you accomplish old ones. Keep motivated. Don’t hesitate to modify your goal structure while work is in progress. Sometimes unforeseen circumstances could result in unexpected acceleration or undesirable setbacks. Don’t be surprised and become disoriented. It is only natural. What is most important though, is how you react and counter such realities. Set deadlines for your goals.
